What wonderful colours and tastes!

Lots of fresh fruit and tasty fruit juice were used to make nice refreshing drinks with lots of crushed ice, some made theirs with yoghurt to give a different creamy taste. Here are some recipes to try at home and also some pictures of this wonderful experience:

Slurpy Pineapple

The pineapple was first called "anana" a Caribbean word which means "excellent fruit"

Hard at work!

Nice colours and a great taste!

All ready to whisk and taste!

Everyone enjoyed making their own smoothies and tasting other peoples. Making smoothies at home can also be fun by using any fruit available and mixing with some juice and some ice, you can experiment by using ice cream or milk to make a more filling drink. The ones we made were tasty and refreshing for all who shared this exciting experience!
